Processing Time

Confirmed orders must be received by 14.00 WIB for Monday - Friday, and orders must be received by 11.00 WIB on Saturdays and will be processed on the same working day.

 

Orders placed after the deadline, on Sundays or on national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment online at any time until it arrives at your address.
